Nashua Community College utilizes the Guided Self-Placement (GSP) Survey to assist students in determining appropriate course placement and encourages all applicants to complete the survey, regardless of program.
Additional placement requirements may apply based on an individual student’s results. Students who indicate that English is not their first language may be required to complete further assessment to ensure appropriate placement.
International students are required to submit satisfactory TOEFL exam results and complete the Guided Self-Placement (GSP) Survey to determine placement.
To support students whose college placement indicates the need for preparatory instruction, NCC partners with the Adult Learning Center (ALC) to offer preparatory coursework.
