III. Reporting Sexual Misconduct

  1. All persons are encouraged to report incidents of sexual misconduct/sexual harassment involving students, and reports may be made without regard to whether the person reporting is the person alleged to be the victim of alleged sexual misconduct/sexual harassment.
     
  2. All CCSNH/College employees with supervisory or management responsibilities, and individuals designated as Campus Security Authorities under the Clery Act, who receive information about possible sexual misconduct/harassment of students are required to make a report.
     
  3. Reports of sexual misconduct/sexual harassment should be directed to the appropriate Title IX Coordinator and can be made in person to Assistant Campus Safety Director Craig Nelson (Streeter Hall, room 124), by calling (603) 406-4521, by email to cjnelson@ccsnh.edu, or mail to Nashua Community College, 505 Amherst Street, Nashua, NH 03063 Attn: Craig Nelson.
     
  4. A report of sexual misconduct/sexual harassment may also be made to Campus Security, or local or State police [see section V.B below for further information].
