Classes may be canceled under the following circumstances:
1. College-Initiated Class Cancellation
This type of cancellation occurs when inclement weather or other campus-wide circumstances require college closure. In these situations, students will be notified by the RAVE emergency notification system by phone, text and or email (Rave Login - Nashua Community College), WMUR and the Nashua Community College website.
2. Instructor-Initiated Class Cancellation
Classes may be canceled by an instructor due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. When this occurs, the instructor will notify students through the College's Learning Management System (Canvas).
In all cases, students are responsible for checking Canvas for assignments, course materials, and any additional instructions or communications from their instructor.
