III. Reporting Sexual Misconduct

A. All persons are encouraged to report incidents of sexual, sex based, or gender based misconduct/sexual harassment involving students, and reports may be made without regard to whether the person reporting is the person alleged to be the victim of alleged sexual misconduct/sexual harassment.

B. All CCSNH/College employees with supervisory or management responsibilities, and individuals designated as Campus Security Authorities under the Clery Act, who receive information about possible sexual misconduct/harassment of students are required to make a report.

C. Reports of sexual, sex based or gender based misconduct/sexual harassment should be directed to the appropriate Title IX Coordinator and can be made in person to Craig Nelson (Streeter Hall, room 124), by calling (603) 406-4521, or in writing by email to cjnelson@ccsnh.edu or mail to:

D. A report of sexual, sex based or gender based misconduct/sexual harassment may also be made to Campus Security, or local or State police [see section V.B below for further information].
