III. Reporting Sexual Misconduct

  1. All persons are encouraged to report incidents of sexual misconduct/sexual harassment involving students, and reports may be made without regard to whether the person reporting is the person alleged to be the victim of alleged sexual misconduct/sexual harassment.
     
  2. All CCSNH/College employees with supervisory or management responsibilities, and individuals designated as Campus Security Authorities under the Clery Act, who receive information about possible sexual misconduct/harassment of students are required to make a report.
     
  3. Reports of sexual misconduct/sexual harassment should be directed to the appropriate Title IX Coordinator and can be made in person to Loreen Tirrell (Streeter Hall, room 156), by calling (603) 578-6880, by email to ltirrell@ccsnh.edu, or mail to Nashua Community College, 505 Amherst Street, Nashua, NH 03063 Attn: Loreen Tirrell.
     
  4. A report of sexual misconduct/sexual harassment may also be made to Campus Security, or local or State police [see section V.B below for further information].
