Title IX Policy and Sexual Harassment Formal Grievance Procedures

CCSNH and its Colleges, including Nashua Community College, are committed to creating and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. In furtherance of this objective, CCSNH prohibits discrimination in the administration of its education programs and activities based on sex including conduct that constitutes sexual harassment. CCSNH also prohibits retaliation against anyone who is involved in the making or reporting of a complaint or investigation or hearing of a formal complaint of sexual harassment.
